A run from Panama to California will take in no fewer than 9 countries so the thought of negotiating all those borders in order to get our bikes in, has little appeal. But hey this is world-by-bike so you have to do what you have to do. And the Caribbean isn't all bad in terms of a location to linger. At least there's only one language to manage and our Spanish has had some practice crossing the continent to the south. We're looking forward to this ride and although the climes will be hot and sticky we've heard the hospitality through Central America is fantastic, the sights something to behold.
